I am a new customer to Neat Receipts and I want to let you know how impressed I am not only with the product but with the customer support! I have called 3 or 4 times with different problems and have spoken with Tucker, Amanda as well as one other woman. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism! They had my problems solved in no time and took a load off my shoulders!
It is very rare today to buy a product and receive free one on one support and I commend the company and the owners for keeping the customer in mind! Please never compromise your customer support and continue to make the product and support better!
Because of my experience with the product and support team I will be recommending the Scanalizer to my family, friends an colleagues!
