An excited customer sent this one in and we thought we’d share:

NeatReceipts ROCKS!

We just have to tell you that we just tried neat receipt (we saw an ad on the plane home from a biz trip) and bought it from Staples. It is the end of the month and we are working on expenses and we are in HEAVEN. We just emailed our accountant about it.

Pure Genius.

I am a new customer to Neat Receipts and I want to let you know how impressed I am not only with the product but with the customer support! I have called 3 or 4 times with different problems and have spoken with Tucker, Amanda as well as one other woman. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism! They had my problems solved in no time and took a load off my shoulders!

It is very rare today to buy a product and receive free one on one support and I commend the company and the owners for keeping the customer in mind! Please never compromise your customer support and continue to make the product and support better!

Because of my experience with the product and support team I will be recommending the Scanalizer to my family, friends an colleagues!

Great Customer Service

About 5 months ago I purchased a NeatReceipts Scanalizer to make expense reporting easier. If you do a lot of traveling, such as I do, I recommend looking into getting one of these; they are fantastic.
 
I recently had an experience where the scanner began to fail. Sometimes this happens with hardware. So, I decided to contact the NeatReceipts support. I was immediately connected to a “real” person that was genuinely interested in solving my problems. We talked for about 10 minutes and determined it was most likely the scanner. As a result, NeatReceipts is sending me a new one; UPS. In addition, they are sending me a prepaid UPS package to send the old one back in.
 
IMHO this is what I consider “great customer service”. Just one more reason for me to let you know about the product and to continue using it myself.
