I just want to tell you how amazing your product is. A scanner is just a scanner but your software has simplified my life on the road like I can’t believe. The only thing I won’t use is the tax portion of your program, only because it really does not apply to me. Everything else does apply and is not only saving me time but allowing me to reduce clutter and stay more organized. I’ve been debating on whether or not to buy your product, my only regret is waiting as long as I did! Thanks for a great product, money well spent!

Dear Mr. Spero,
Since I have your “sample” business card, I wanted to write and let you know how much I am enjoying my new Scanalizer. I am a salesman and have forever been plagued with doing expense reports. Before last night, I was 3 months behind. Today I am current and have enjoyed the process. That in itselfis amazing.
I originally purchased the CardScan Executive prior to knowing about the Scanalizer. I returned it after the first use. I do a lot of work with City and State Governments and they always seem to have weird logos and fonts on their cards. Consequently, I had to do a large amount of editing on each card. Made me question its purpose. I have indeed scanned a few ofthe same cards on the Scanalizer and I am quite impressed by the results.Thanks for such a wonderful and timely product.

I am self-employed and need to keep multiple receipts organized for my
taxes. I used to keep them in envelopes, segregated by category with a
running tally all done by hand till I saw Neatreceipts in my office
Intrigued, and since they agreed to let me have a 30 day trial, I bought it.
I love it…It’s worth every penny of the price I paid. It is simple to
use, intuitive for the most part, makes legible and accurate scans
almost all of the time, and really keeps me organized because it’s easy
to assign each and every expense to an appropriate category. The
scanner is tiny and really takes up almost no real estate on my desk.
Oh, did I say that I love it?
And to top it all off, they have great customer service and follow up. Do yourself a favor and take one for a test drive.
