Update your Neat Software
The first thing to do is update your Neat software to the latest version.
This is a free update and will only take a few minutes to install. Your updated software will allow you to sync the Neat files on your computer into NeatCloud.

sync your neat files to the cloud
Once your software is up to date, you'll notice a "Sync" button in the top middle of your screen. Click this button to turn on sync, or follow the prompts.
You'll be asked for your Neat username and password, and then your Neat files will start to be added to the cloud. The first time you initiate sync, all your Neat files will be transferred to the cloud. Depending on the speed of your internet connection and the size of your database, it could take a long time – even a few days. This is normal, and since it happens in the background you can still use your computer. Once complete, future syncs will only take a few minutes
Are you synced? Then congratulations, you’re now in the cloud!

Download the Neat app for iPhone and iPad from iTunes, or for your Android phone, to start getting organized no matter where you are.

ACCESS YOUR FILES VIA THE WEB
You can access your Digital Filing System right now through NeatCloud's web interface – just go to cloud.neat.com and sign in with your Neat account.
You can edit, move, comment, share – and just about anything else you can do with your Neat software – from anywhere with an internet connection.

get your digital files into neat
Start uploading files from your computer into the NeatCloud web interface. Just click the “Import” button, select the files you want to upload, and you’re done! The files will appear in your Neat Inbox once they’re processed.
Next, tackle your email inbox. In your NeatCloud web interface, click your name in the top right, and select “My Account.” Scroll down to the “NeatCloud Email” section, where you’ll see an email address. Simply forward important emails to this address – with or without attachments – and they’ll be processed and saved into your Neat Inbox.
