Kudos to the Technical Support Team and Company!

I am a new customer to Neat Receipts and I want to let you know how impressed I am not only with the product but with the customer support! I have called 3 or 4 times with different problems and have spoken with Tucker, Amanda as well as one other woman. I was impressed with their knowledge and professionalism! They had my problems solved in no time and took a load off my shoulders!

It is very rare today to buy a product and receive free one on one support and I commend the company and the owners for keeping the customer in mind! Please never compromise your customer support and continue to make the product and support better!

Because of my experience with the product and support team I will be recommending the Scanalizer to my family, friends an colleagues!

Keep up the great work, your customers appreciate it!!

    Well I am not verry impressed with your product. First of all, I tried to check to see if there was an update for the use of the scanner which I run windows XP- service pack 3. I went to your web page clicked on customer service, clicked on it , took me on to onother page saw something about windows xp – service pack 3, trid to click on it and the whole page seems to be a dummy page and was not able click on anythting to get any info on how to install this product to serv-pack -3. Right now I am unable to use my scanner M/N: SCSA4601EU

    SO I AM NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT>>>>..
