Shipping Policy

The Neat Company ships to all 50 states and Canada. 

Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. and APO boxes. Those customers who are shipping to Alaska and Hawaii must pay for UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping.

Canadian orders are shipped by UPS Standard only. All orders are processed in US Dollars. Please allow 10 business days for delivery to Canada.

Any customers who wish to ship to Puerto Rico will need to contact our Sales Team to place the order due to commercial import invoicing. During the checkout process, shipping charges are displayed before an order is confirmed. The shipping charges include a handling fee. Orders are shipped through the United Parcel Service (UPS).  Shipping options include UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air*, UPS 2nd Day Air*, and UPS 3 Day Select*. 

Orders shipping in the US and placed by 2pm EST are generally processed the same business day. Orders placed after 2pm EST, are processed the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

When an order is placed, authorization is made to verify available funds, but the charge does not occur until the order is processed and shipped.  All orders depend on credit card fund authorization and product availability. If the credit card declines or the product is on backorder, shipping time is directly affected.

UPS Ground

  • Orders should arrive within 3 to 10 business days (Monday - Friday) after they are processed and shipped.
  • Delivery is based on the distance from the NEAT Receipts warehouse to the shipping destination.
  • This shipping option is valid for delivery within the 48 continental states.

UPS 3 Day Select

  • Orders should arrive three business days (Monday - Friday) after they are processed and shipped. Please note that the 3 day count begins the day after the order is processed.
  • This shipping option is valid for delivery within the 48 continental states.

UPS 2nd Day Air

  • Orders placed by 2pm EST on Monday through 2pm EST on Wednesday should be processed and shipped on the same day and should arrive two business days later.
  • Orders placed by 2pm EST on Thursday should be shipped that day and should arrive by Monday.
  • Orders placed by 2pm EST on Friday will be shipped that day and should arrive on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday, will be processed and shipped on Monday and should arrive on Wednesday.
  • This shipping option is valid for delivery in all 50 states. Customers shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may choose this shipping option. 

UPS Next Day Air

  • Orders placed by 2pm EST on Monday through 2pm EST on Thursday will be processed and shipped on the same day and should arrive the next business day.
  • Orders placed between 2pm EST on Thursday and 2pm EST on Friday, will be processed and shipped on Friday and should arrive on Monday.
  • Orders placed between 2pm on Friday and 2pm on Monday, will be processed and shipped on Monday and should arrive on Tuesday.
  • This shipping option is valid for delivery within all 50 states. Customers shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may choose this shipping option.

Lost Packages

While The Neat Company makes a good faith effort to track and correct any errors in shipment, The Neat Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, delays in shipping due to weather conditions, incorrect shipping addresses or missing shipping information.

  • If the shipping address is entered incorrectly by the customer, and a change is required to the final destination address, a $17 intercept fee will apply.
  • Three (3) delivery attempts will be made to the shipping address provided.  If no one is available to accept the shipment, contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to make alternate arrangements.
  • If the package is returned to sender due to the customer not meeting these arrangements, a reshipping fee will apply.  If the product is returned, shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • If your order was shipped and never delivered, please contact UPS at 1-800-742-5877 to open a lost package claim.  Claims must filed no more than five (5) days after the expected delivery date.
  • If you require signature for your delivery, a $3.50 fee will apply.

*Delivery dates are not guaranteed. Service to some remote areas in Hawaii and Alaska may require additional delivery days.
