Sales Policy

Hours of Operation

If you would like product and pricing information, the Neat Sales Team is available to assist you Monday through Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern time, at 1-866-632-8732.

U.S. and Canadian Sales Only

The Neat Company accepts orders from billing addresses within the United States and Canada No shipments can be made to shipping addresses outside of the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

Billing Policy

For online purchases, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express cards. You should leave a phone number and email address, so we may contact you in case of any missing details. You should see the charges on your credit card account within 24 hours of the purchase.

Sales to End Users

You may not purchase Neat products for resale unless you are an Authorized Neat Reseller or Retailer. To be an authorized reseller or retailer you must have a signed Reseller/Retailer Agreement, you must agree to and sign Neat’s MAP Policy and all invoices must be paid within specified time periods. Resellers are not authorized to sale Neat products on auction sites, such as eBay, or on Partner sites, such as Amazon.com The Neat Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel your order if The Neat Company suspects you are purchasing for unauthorized resale.

Software Download Purchases

Software download purchases are non-refundable.

Prices

The Neat Company endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current Neat products, and select Refurbished products. Your total order price will include the price of the product on the day of shipping plus any applicable sales tax and shipping charges. The Neat Company reserves the right to change prices for products at any time and particularly to correct pricing errors that appear on the Store.

Should The Neat Company reduce its price on any shipped product within 7 calendar days of shipment, you may contact The Neat Company at 1-866-632-8732 to request a refund or credit of the difference between the price you were charged and the current selling price. To receive the refund or credit you must contact The Neat Company within 7 calendar days of the price change.

Product Warranty

All new Neat hardware products carry a one-year Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. All refurbished Neat hardware products carry a six-month Limited Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. You may review a copy of the Limited Warranty on products by going to warranties.
