Neat 5 was designed based on customer requests for a more intuitive interface, more flexibility for managing information and more ways to import digital documents into Neat.

  • Scan settings are built into main screen and easier to access
  • 3 new views - card view, list view and item view - make it easy to find and manage your information

New Folder Structure: New folder tree design looks and functions more like applications you commonly use.

  • Create folders and subfolders with names you choose
  • Drag and drop items into folders

Better Item Management:

  • Scan any document directly to a folder, no more need to scan to an inbox
  • Scan or import multiple item types (receipt, business card, document) into the same folder

New Digital Document Import Function: Using the print function you can 'Send to Neat' any digital document, eReceipt, or web page.

  • Receipts can now be analyzed and processed in Neat by clicking print then selecting 'Send to Neat' from print menu
  • Web pages can be imported by clicking print then selecting 'Send to Neat' from print menu

Improved Reporting: New report wizard makes it easy to create expense reports, tax reports and spending reports using a single workflow.
