How does Neat software work?
Available for both the PC and Mac, Neat software uses OCR and patented parsing technology to identify and capture key information from scanned receipts. Instantly capture information like Vendor, Date, Amount, and Payment Type with the press of a button! You can even choose a tax category for each receipt, add comments, and run reports.
Neat software also captures key data from business cards, and allows you to export contact information to Outlook, Plaxo, or Mac Address Book. And since all scanned items are keyword searchable, you can use it as a digital filing system for ALL your important documents.
