Misplaced Product Key for Neat 5 - PC Users
If you have misplaced your Neat 5 Product Key, click here to receive a new key.
Misplaced Product Key for NR4 - PC Users
If you have misplaced your NR4 Product Key, you may use this self-service tool to retrieve the information by submitting your Scanner Serial Number and email address that you had registered the product under.
If you have misplaced your CD, you may download NeatWorks for Mac 3.5.7 below.
NOTE: You will need a product key that begins with "NM2" to install the software.
Download NeatWorks for MAC 3.5.7
To update your software to the latest version, simply open NeatWorks for Mac and go to NeatWorks > Check for Updates.
To have NeatWorks for Mac automatically alert you when an update is available, go to Help > Welcome to NeatWorks... and check the "Yes" option under "Stay up to date with the latest version."
