Every Neat product comes with one year of hardware coverage through its limited manufacturer’s warranty, and unlimited access to our online customer support tools. The NeatCare Service Plan enhances your hardware coverage with additional protections against accidental damage, includes unlimited technical support, and more.

Protect your investment. The NeatCare service plan includes one year of Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) for your NeatReceipts Mobile or NeatDesk ADF scanner.
What you’ll receive:
- We will repair or replace your scanner as necessary due to accidental damage for one year from the date of purchase of NeatCare plan.
- If a replacement scanner is necessary, you will receive a new scanner (not refurbished) during the term of the ADP.
- We will rush your replacement scanner to you with free expedited shipping.

Your technical support and troubleshooting questions are now just a phone call away. During the term of your NeatCare Service Plan, our in-house technical support team is available to answer your questions Monday-Friday between 9:30am-6pm EDT.
