To change or cancel an order, send an email to orders@neatco.com. Include your Order Number for prompt handling of your request.
Tracking Number
Your UPS Tracking number is located in the Full Ship Confirmation email that was sent to you (for orders placed from The Neat Company). If you did not receive a confirmation, send an email to orders@neatco.com.
