Neat Company Remote Support
The Neat Company’s support team would like to connect directly to your computer to assist you in troubleshooting. This will allow the support technician to see and interact with your computer’s screen.
Any and all actions taken by the support technician will be visible on your screen, and at any time you may resume control simply by moving your mouse.
The technician will provide a six digit code. Please close any confidential windows on your screen, then enter the code in the box below and click the Enter button.
How This Works
After you enter your code, this webpage will prompt you to download and run a small application. The dialogs you see will vary slightly depending on your computer’s operating system and web browser.
While this application is running, you’ll see a box on the screen called ‘LogMeIn Rescue’ – this is your indication that the technician is connected and able to view your screen.
Only the Neat technician will be able to access your computer this way – the remote connection won’t let anyone else in.
