Support Options
All Neat products come with 60 days of complimentary telephone technical support. Neat hardware products have a 1-Year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
We offer three levels of support to meet your needs:

Self Service
As a Neat customer, you’ll have access to our robust online support system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes our Online Help Center, Assisted Search Service, and an extensive library of video tutorials and user guides. -
Assisted Support
When you purchase a Neat product, you’ll have 60 days of free phone support in addition to our online Self Service support suite. Our technical support reps are available Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 6pm EST at 1.866.632.8732. They may also assist you via email through our Support Ticket System. -
NeatCare
Our premium support policy includes unlimited telephone support, accidental damage protection, new (not refurbished) unit replacement, expedited shipping on replacement units, and 24/7 online support. NeatCare is available for purchase within 30 days of purchasing a Neat scanner, and is also included as part of all NeatCloud Home & Office or Business subscriptions.
