All Neat products come with 60 days of complimentary technical support. Neat hardware products have a 1-Year limited manufacturer’s warranty.
We offer three levels of support to meet your needs:
As a Neat customer, you’ll have access to our robust online support system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. This includes our Online Help Center and an extensive library of video tutorials and user guides.
When you purchase a Neat product, you’ll have 60 days of free phone support in addition to our online Self Service support suite. Our technical support reps are available Monday through Friday, from 9:30am to 6pm EST through our support page at www.neat.com/support.
Our premium support policy includes unlimited technical support, accidental damage protection, new (not refurbished) unit replacement, expedited shipping on replacement units, and 24/7 online support. NeatCare is available for purchase within 30 days of purchasing a Neat scanner, and is also included as part of all NeatCloud Home & Office or Business subscriptions.
