Welcome to the new Neat 5 for PC. Let's get you started using all the new features and enhancements that make Neat 5 software the best way to transform all your paper into information you can use.

The new Neat 5 dashboard, which you can get to from any other Neat screen by clicking on the cabinet at the top of the folder navigation pane, highlights a number of changes we've made based on customer feedback.

The dashboard summarizes key information about Neat 5 all in one place, with a view into all your Neat folders and files; an easy-to-navigate, searchable contact list; at-a-glance information on your Neat 5 cabinet; plus links to tutorials and support information.

You can get data into Neat 5 in one of four ways - scan, import, Print to, or input information manually – using either your NeatDesk® desktop scanner or NeatReceipts® mobile scanner, and our patented software identifies and extracts key information and automatically organizes it for you.

Once your papers are scanned in, you can organize them and do keyword searches. Plus you can manage your contacts and business cards, create expense reports, and export data to other applications like Excel, Quicken, QuickBooks, and TurboTax.

With Neat 5 for PC, you'll be on your way to an organized and paper-free life quicker than you thought possible.
