NeatReceipts Version 3.0 and Windows XP Service Pack 3
Older versions of the NeatReceipts 3.0 installation script will not proceed if they are run on Windows XP Service Pack 3. This problem has been corrected in NeatReceipts Professional 3.0 Service Pack 1.
If you are currently running Windows XP Service Pack 3 and have a NeatReceipts 3.0 CD, you may download an updated installation package here:
Instructions for Updating Your Software:
Download the update file on to your computer: Click on the DOWNLOAD NOW link button above, choose Save (do not choose Open) and save it on your Desktop when presented with a Save As dialog box.
Once the file has been downloaded to your desktop, double-click and a window will open. Click 'Install' and the update files will be extracted, and the update wizard will launch.
If the update requests that you restart your PC, please allow it to do so. The update will continue after the PC restarts.
If you need to restore data from a previous version of NeatReceipts, go to Tools > Database > Backup. In the dialog box that opens, browse to the appropriate location on your hard drive and select the backup file.
Neat Business Cards and Windows XP Service Pack 3
