Michael Crincoli joined the Neat Company in March 2010. He currently serves as the President of the company, overseeing all operating functions, including strategy, sales, marketing and administration. Prior to this, Michael was the Chief Operating Officer overseeing the Company’s sales channels, warehousing and logistics, customer care, as well as managing the hardware manufacturing partnerships. Prior to joining Neat, Michael was the Vice President of Sales & Marketing for AURIA, LLC, a successful start-up developing and marketing earphones and related accessories for active consumers. Michael also served as Vice President, North American Operations for Franklin Electronic Publishers, directing all aspects of the business unit’s daily functions, including sales, marketing, product management, logistics and customer support. Prior to that, Michael held various management positions with Broderbund Software, during which time they successfully acquired several companies, including Parsons Technology Software. During his tenure, Broderbund was sold to The Learning Company, then subsequently to Mattel. Michael began his career in both product and sales roles with Pioneer Electronics (USA), Inc. Michael has a B.S. in Marketing from Rutgers University.
Chief Marketing Officer
Kevin Miller joined the Neat Company in April, 2017. He currently serves as the Chief Marketing Officer overseeing all of Neat's brand, marketing and revenue operations. Prior to joining Neat, Kevin was a co-founder and CMO at Salesfusion, a SaaS marketing automation solution for Mid Market companies. Kevin played an integral role in building the brand of Salesfusion and helped lead the company from 0 to over $8 Million in annual revenue. Kevin has served in multiple marketing, sales and demand generation roles and was the principle of his own demand generation consulting firm that helped SaaS companies develop modern lead gen programs. A veteran of SaaS, Kevin brings years of experience in b2b marketing with a deep understanding of marketing process, systems and strategy relative to growing a SaaS business. Kevin has a B.S. in Psychology and a B.S. in Marketing from Albright College and St. Joseph's University.
Chief Financial Officer
Anthony Vigorito joined the Neat Company in April 2017. He currently serves as the CFO of the company overseeing all financial and back office functions, including accounting, finance, human resources, and administration. Anthony has spent the past 20+ years providing financial leadership and discipline to venture-backed, SaaS companies. Prior to joining Neat, he was the CFO for Pay-Plus Solutions, Inc., a healthcare payments technology company, until its sale to Parthenon Capital Partners. Anthony was also the CFO for Billtrust, a payment cycle technology provider, and the Controller for Princeton eCom, a payments processor, until its sale to Online Resources Corporation (NASDAQ: ORCC). He was named 2012 CFO of the Year by the NJ Technology Council. Anthony has a B.S. in accounting from Rider University and is a CPA in the state of NJ.
Jim Conroy joined the Neat Company in November 2010. He currently serves as the VP, Finance of the company, overseeing all financial and back office functions, including accounting, finance, supply chain, human resources, and administration. Prior to this, Jim had positions running the finance team as well as sales and marketing operations where he worked closely with the accounting teams to produce all internal and external reporting as well with the sales and marketing team to produce sales analytics and performance. Prior to joining Neat, Jim was the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis for LEAF Financial Corp., an equipment financing company. At LEAF, Jim held various positions at the beginning of his career starting as a staff accountant, accounting manager, and FPA manager, before ultimately leaving to join Neat. Jim has a B.S. in Accounting from Georgetown University.
VP, Systems & Support Services
Jeff Gove joined the Neat Company in November 2012. He is responsible for customer service, technical support, & direct sales, as well as IS/IT systems management for Neat. He has been working in customer service, information technology, & operations management for over 25 years. Prior to Neat, Jeff managed Customer Engagement and Operations in executive roles with companies such as: HireRight, Guthy-Renker, Epiq Systems, Nautilus/Bowflex, and XO Communications. He has earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Pacific Christian College and a Master of Science in Management of Information Systems & Technology from Hope International University.
Andrew Schaps joined Neat in 2004 and is currently serving as the Vice President of Development. In his role, he oversees all of Neat's product development, operations, and research & development efforts. Prior to his current role, Andrew held a variety of engineering positions within the company, working closely with each of Neat’s various products. Before joining Neat, Andrew was lead developer for E-Staff (later acquired by Cross Country TravCorps), which developed a web-based “employee-centric” communication, scheduling, and training service for the healthcare industry. Andrew is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania’s School of Engineering.
