Not only did Cyrus A. assist me in uploading Neat Smart to my computer, he captured all the files in my Neat v5.7 and put them in the upgraded software. He then deleted the old application. Dolly was my technician at neat. I had no ability to scan and email documents. She was extremely diligent and patient and courteous while correcting the errors (wifi problems) and updated my software.
