Channel Marketing Coordinator

Position Description

The channel marketing coordinator will report directly to the CMO and perform key marketing duties including event planning and management, social media presence management, marketing collateral, and asset management and general digital marketing support for Neat’s accounting and bookkeeping channel.  This is a FT position at Neat’s Philadelphia HQ and requires a minimum of 2-years relevant marketing experience.

Key Duties

  • Plan, execute and manage all trade shows and marketing events
  • Coordinate and manage production of all marketing materials and collateral
  • Provide support for the Neat accounting channel marketing programs
  • Manage/Maintain WordPress blog site for Neat channel marketing program
  • Assist in coordination of ad placement and budgeting in Neat’s accounting channel
  • Manage all social media presence (excluding support/customer service)

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications or business concentration
  • 2 years relevant work experience in a marketing position
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Some experience with WordPress or similar platform
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms
  • Working knowledge of basic web analytics (Google Analytics)
  • Working knowledge of other marketing apps such as – email marketing, adobe creative suite, reporting tools and related apps (Excel).

Compensation

Base salary commensurate with experience plus quarterly bonus plan along with generous benefits including health and dental insurance, MealPal program, 401K and Septa Perks.
