Position Description

We’re an agile, collaborative and consensus-driven decision team, we have a DevOps open position to work in our Cloud platform in Philadelphia, PA. We’re looking for a talented Software Engineer with hands on programming and OPS experience.

Our legacy platform stack is Ruby on Rails, Scala, Node.js, MongoDB, C#, C++, ElasticSearch, Postgrsql, etc  and deployable by Chef and scalable via AWS.

The candidate will help us to move on to the next generation of our architecture that deprecates Chef in favor of containerized (Docker) apps on top of AWS Elastic Beanstalk, decouple large applications into microservices, support company business direction and speed up the development lifecycle.

As part of this position, eventual automation of monitoring, alerting, backup and ops services are required.


  • Minimum of 3 years in one or more languages: Ruby, Scala, or Java
  • Experience in any of these web framework: Rails, Play, Spring Boot
  • Working knowledge of SQL and noSQL databases
  • Basic essentials, git, GitHub, Travis-CI, Code review, continuous delivery, HTTP, REST API, debugging, etc
