Neat cloud service order
If you did not purchase a Neat scanner, but purchased Neat cloud service and have received an email informing you that your payment is on hold, you do not need to take any immediate action. Your payment will be processed within a few business hours. If you do not receive an updated Order Confirmation by the next business day, please submit an email inquiry here.
