If you have returned a scanner that you purchased with Neat, you will receive an email from Neat confirming that your return has been received.
What is the status of my refund?
Refunds are processed 5-7 business days from the date of receipt of the returned product. If you have not received confirmation that your package was returned, please track the package using the tracking number on the return label.
Please note that the timing of the refund credit appearing in your account may vary depending upon your bank’s policy. It typically takes 3-5 business days for a refund from a merchant to be credited to a customer’s bank account. Contact your bank for more information on their refund processing times.
