The Neat Company is made up of a diverse group of talented and resourceful people who take our business, our products and our customers seriously, but not ourselves. Our people come from every corner of the world with a shared belief that we can build something wonderful: an organized, digital life.
We collaborate with each other and our customers to develop real solutions for real problems. We work in an open environment that fosters better communications and holistic approaches to building integrated solutions.
We believe that technology can turn complexity into simplicity. That's why we seek creative solutions to the challenges that real people face in their daily lives. We are a nimble organization, capable of embracing new ideas and new people in our processes and culture.
We started as a very small company selling a product face to face at the airport. To this day, we value the opportunity that gave us (and still gives us) to interact with real customers in a very real way. Our products are guided by that open, honest dialogue we have with our customers.

Rafi Spero is the co-founder and Vice President of Business Development at The Neat Company and is a member of the Board of Directors. In 2002, Rafi co-founded the company with his father Les, with the initial idea of streamlining the paper-intensive and time-consuming expense report process. During the initial commercialization phase, the concept grew into a much broader vision—the ability to help end users transform any kind of paper into digital information. Rafi is now focused on developing partnerships and identifying new business opportunities for the company. Before starting Neat, Rafi was a manager at Bearing Point, formerly KPMG consulting, where he gained experience integrating and designing enterprise resource planning systems for Fortune 1000 companies. Rafi began his career as product designer and project manager of business simulations software at Strategic Management Group in the e-learning group.
