Mobile Updates
A Faster, Smoother Mobile Capture Experience
You asked. We delivered! Our new streamlined mobile capture experience makes it faster and easier to scan and upload multiple single-page receipts and documents in one smooth flow.

- Simplified review and upload to get everything into your account with fewer taps
Whether you’re catching up on a stack of receipts or uploading documents on the go, this update is designed to save you time and make mobile capture feel effortless.
Smarter bills and INvoices
Bills & Invoices Enhancement
We’ve made it easier to work across Bills and Invoices without losing important details.
To better align these item types, Neat now includes additional fields on Bills, including Terms, Sales Tax, GST/HST, PST/QST, Reimbursable, Billable, Tax Category, Customer, Project, Purchase Order Number, Product, Class, and Location. We also added Tax Category to Invoices.
These new fields are available in both the file cabinet grids and item detail view. When you reclassify items between supported item types, the data values transfer with them.
That means less manual cleanup, fewer lost details, and a smoother workflow when managing records.
Small fixes, big improvements
This release also included a few helpful fixes:
- If a document Number extracted by Neat was later deleted, copying the item will no longer restore that deleted value
